We are delighted to announce that Rebecca Gascoigne has been appointed as a Change for Good Caseworker, having originally joined the charity as Volunteer Coordinator in February 2024. As Caseworker, Rebecca will take oversight of Change for Good's work at HMP Highdown and will now be a full-time member of staff.
On the new position, Rebecca said "I am beyond excited to get started in this new role. Having been part of the Change for Good community for the past 18 months, I have been endlessly struck by the dedication and compassion of members, volunteers, staff and trustees alike. Change for Good marked the start of my career in criminal justice and through developing and deliving training and supervising volunteers, I have gained a wealth of insight into the criminal justice system and the possibilities of successful resettlement by means of strengthening community networks.
I am so privileged to continue learning by supporting our members directly in their journeys from prison to community. My commitment to weakening the revolving door between prison and the community is unwavering and I am thrilled to continue this work alongside such an incredible community."
Please join us in congratulating Rebecca on her new position!

In the interim period before a new Volunteer Coordinator is appointed, the responsibilities of this role will be shared among the Change for Good staff team. If you have a volunteering-related enquiry, please contact admin@changeforgood.info.
